Some things today where good, others saddening. Seeing people together, and being there for Jeff was the best thing we all could have done, I applaud all of you who came, you're awesome.

We are putting together a Myspace page for him, with a blog. Comment, and keep the memories coming, the pat stories are fun to hear. Still working on it though.

Saturday December 27th, Patrick Alberts met his end. A guy who personally was a great buddy of mine and many others. Although there aren't many ways of expressing how hurt many of us are, I feel that when its all said and done we will eventually have shown how we truly felt for you.



"Pat was down for everything, and a great dude, always made me hyped to go out and get motivated on skateboarding because i knew there where guys out there like him that just loved watching it.He was a friend for a long time, and someone who i could prank at 2am and he would just laugh it off. I remember during the summer we would call him and just say our name was Bert, and just have a normal conversation with him, and he wouldn't hang up or anything."





He sent over this video clip about a year after it was out, all hyped to the day.
It was actually funny to see someone so hyped on skating, dude had basically nothing bad to say ever.




Jeff Alberts (brother)- "He was the best of us, I loved him more than anything, and can never forget the love he gave to us"

We are composing a blog for pat and there are many pages of a note book for him to be filled, if you feel as if you want to write in it, I'm leaving it at cream city until Saturday.

Day two of the trip we stumbled upon Huey Crowley who apparently slept under the bridge the night before. He later confided in Risser and I that an old man tried to roll him over and have his way with him under the bridge. He also admitted to becoming slightly bisexual when he gets drunk, at that point we had to say goodbye because he had definitely been drinking. This part actually has some skateboarding, so enjoy that, as well as some buzzed Risser and TJ giggling footage.

Douglas Bubbletrousers here today with a lesson in wild animals:


Here we have the infamous ("Le' Cheesieous Five o'ous" indigenous to the northern portion of the french alps. His chosen surroundings are large burrows in mother's basements, and he most commonly eats 'cheese' of course!)


Here we have the quick but light footed ("Sammieous Turn grindous" indigenous to the canadian forests, rich with maple wood, which he demands strongly upon to survive. He uses the wood to build his home (which consists of ramps, boxes, and ledges) and he feasts on the glue pressed plies to satisfy his hunger.)


!DISASTER!



and to conclude todays program we have the ever elusive and dangerously unpredictable ("Dustinous Tricks inrampous" not know to survive stricly in any one environment, we have seen him just about all over the world (including the deserts of Saudi Arabia, lush damp forests of South America, and the frozen tundra of Southeast Wisconsin.) Known widely for his faith in !SATAN! this creature chooses not to eat for his sacrifice to his savior.)

I recently went on a trip to Kentucky with the MKEskate dudes. I decided not to compress the trip all into a 2-3 minute video and instead split it up by day and give you the full experience. Plus its christmas break and I'm sure everyone has more time to waste anyway. Day 1: if we had to suffer through the drive, you get to enjoy a compressed view of it and enjoy the 5 seconds of park skating we did once we got there that night.

Time for me to continue my skateboard media renaissance man pursuit and bring you another video clip. This time I dive deep into the bowels of post-modernism and bring you this piece of performance art which I have aptly titled "Slide" (not to be confused with the 1998 Goo Goo Dolls hit of the same name).


And for those of you who still (for whatever reason) expect there to be serious skateboarding content when there's a foot of snow outside, I give you probably the last skateboard photo I will take until spring 2009:

As a matter of fact, the only thing keeping me warm these days are the hot moves being landed at Cream City Skatepark. Without a doubt one of the two best places to spend your time this winter (other than doing snow donuts in the mall parking lot).


I had something written about Ethan and Kyle migrating from Milwaukee to the promised land and living in a car, but looks like they already beat me to the punch. Hopefully they'll have things to post about since no one else will until it warms up.

Well if you don't all ready know, me (Ethan) and Kyle didn't want to be in the igloo months of Wisconsin that we all call home so bad, that we took off in a 1986 Toyota Celica that was bought for $1,400 packed it to the roof and away we went to the Orange County area.

We will be putting posts up on the site to let you guys know that we are in fact still alive and well.

This video is made up of some fun mess around tricks that we banked up at some local spots and parks, now the filming isn't the best cuz we were just messing around BUT... we did get some bigger stuff that we left out to keep this video fun and we will put up a bangers video soon. Enjoy.

Now before you watch this clip, hear the story.

We were at some spot on Capitol, when a random hero (very very drunk hero) decides we need to be put at a halt on our skateboarding for the day. He pulls over and gets out, walks up with very bad breath and says we needs to getss.

After a while, Sam and Risser start to mess with him, Risser purposely puts his foot under the car tire and lets the guy run over it so that he wouldn't call the police on us. Sam decides he is going to grab the back of the car and hang on once the guy leaves the scene. The man freaks out takes off very fast, Sam is still holding on tight thinking he would stop at the corner. Speeds get to about 25 to 30 and Sam lets go, eating the most shit I've ever seen without broken bones.

Risser's toe is still sore this day.
